NEB Consulting was established by Nick Blackwell BSc MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor, in 2010 following a 25 year career in the City as a Senior Portfolio Manager for St Martins Property Corporation Limited and then as a Director of CBRE.

At St Martins Property Corporation Limited, Nick maximised the performance of a large, mixed portfolio of prime and secondary commercial property nationwide, specialising in all aspects of Asset Management, including rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord & tenant, lettings, acquisitions, disposals, refurbishment projects and investment work. This included all asset classes: office, industrial, retail & hotel, including luxury residential property in Holland Park, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Kensington.

At CBRE as a Director of Property and Asset Management in the London and South East Region, Nick was responsible for circa 3,000,000 square feet of prime, commercial property in the City of London and the West End, including trophy assets such as London Bridge City, SE1, comprising 1,000,000 sq ft of prime Grade A offices, plus prime retail units at Hays Galleria and residential apartments; the Willis Building, 51 Lime Street, London EC3 comprising 490,000 sq ft of prime Grade A offices, designed by architect Norman Foster; 150 Cheapside, London EC2, comprising 200,000 sq ft of prime Grade A offices; also 2 Gresham Street, London EC2 comprising 185,000 sq ft of prime Grade A offices; and the luxury five star Le Meridien Piccadilly Hotel (now rebranded as The Dilly), with prime retail units on Piccadilly and Regent Street, London W1.

NEB Consulting is regulated by the RICS and provides clients with a personal service offering Director/Partner level advice hewn from an in-depth experience and knowledge of all aspects of commercial/mixed use property and extensive legal work with solicitors.
